"WOW", WHAT THE HELL IS THIS ? OK, IT WAS A 10 DOOR SUBURBAN, AND WHAT A RUST BUCKET FROM TEXAS. WE ARE GOING TO REPLACE THE ROOF WITH A FIBERGLASS SHELL, AND REPLACE ALL THE LOWER ROCKOR SILL PANALS, AND SOME TRICK SHAVEING,OF THE FRONT AND REAR ROLL PAN'S,AND DOOR HANDLE'S.

what are we doing here? to further our kustomizeing on this weird one .is recessing the headlights back into the cord support,giving us room to mount the kustom made grill,flush with the outter grill molding.also removeing the front bumper and bracket's ,then rolling up a front roll pan .(see the other picture with the handmade spoiler.)

CUT AND BREAKING UP OF NEW LEFT SIDE PANAL. AFTER PREFABING INSIDE REINFORCEMENTS.THEN LAYING OUT PATTERN FOR BLAZER 1/4 GLASS, ON THIS SIDE, AND ALSO WILL BE IN THE 5 'DOOR ON THE RIGHT SIDE.

we really had to do some serious work around the curves on the bottom of this , and all done with fiberglass,hand molded.
