(BEFORE) THESE WOULD BE BUFFALO, NEW YORK DOORS, RUSTED INSIDE & OUT. THE DRY ROTTED, UPPER OUTER BELT MOLDING ALLOWED WATER TO SEEP INTO THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR. AS A RESULT, THE RUST WORKS ITS WAY FROM INSIDE TO OUTSIDE. TO REPAIR THIS DAMAGE, WE CUT TWO PANELS OUT (BIGGER THAN THE ACTUAL RUSTED AREAS), ACID BATH THE NEW PANELS, MIG WELDING (NOT BRAZING, BIG PROBLEMS LATER), AND ADD NEW METAL INSIDE AND OUT. NEXT WE APPLY ALL METAL-TYPE FILLER, SHAPE AND PRIMER WITH A TWO-STAGE PRIMER, DRILL DRAINAGE HOLES IN THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR, AND DEFINITELY REPLACE ALL THE WEATHER SEALS.
